The Business Issue
With over a dozen drinks brands in France, Coca-Cola were looking for a dynamic internal communications platform from which to showcase the latest social and content marketing campaigns their staff were delivering for the brand portfolio as well as capturing news, UGC content from brand advocates and tracking campaign KPI’s.
With a recent move into to a new Head Office in Paris, it was decided that they would leverage the new reception area for this purpose. As a high footfall area, it was considered the ideal environment in which to engage both employees and guests and reinforce, communicate and share Coca-Cola’s new internal communications strategy.
Using StoryStream’s digital storytelling products, Coca-Cola France installed six integrated iPad docks into the reception area in a eye-catching wall display where staff and visitors could personally browse and view the latest real-time content published into the Coca-Cola LiveHub story by the internal communications team. The LiveHub included three menu filters: ‘Campaign’, ‘My Coke’ and ‘Flavours & Stills’ so users could quickly locate the content that most interested them.
This was supported with an eye-catching StoryStream LiveScreen display showcasing the most recent content items published within the Coca-Cola digital story in a dynamic LCD screen visual display.
As a result of deploying StoryStream products in their French Head Office, Coca Cola are seeing an increase in brand and staff engagement awareness across their organisation.
